Every trip out taught me something. Every empty cooler taught me more. I paid for my education in sunburns, broken lines, and early mornings that didn't pay off — until they did.
Now I run charters, build a brand, and share everything I've learned with the people who actually want to get better. No gatekeeping. No fluff. Just the truth about what works on the water.
From the Shoreline to the Helm
I started fishing from shore. No boat, no gear worth mentioning, no guide to tell me where the fish were. Just me, a cheap rod, and too much free time. I was hooked before I ever caught anything worth keeping.
The boat came later — a beater that barely ran, held together with marine epoxy and stubbornness. I ran it until it couldn't be run anymore, learned to fix everything that broke (which was everything), and slowly upgraded my way into a real operation.
Charters started as a way to pay for fuel. Now they're the backbone of everything. Every trip is different. Every group teaches me something about the water, the fish, and how to put people on them consistently.
Endgame Fishing started because I wanted gear that actually represented what we do out here. Not some corporate fishing brand designed in an office. Real stuff, made for real days on the water. The kind of hat that's been soaked in saltwater and still looks right.
